Photo Album - Rouen, France

Langlois Ancestors

Our Langlois ancestors came from the city of Rouen, France and it's surrounding area.  Young Nicolas Langlois came from the small town of d'Yvetot, situated some 30 kilometers from Rouen.  His wife, Elisabeth Cretel, was born about 1649 in the parish of Saint-Maclou in Rouen, Normandy.

These photos were taken in June 2001 on our 1 day visit to Rouen.  It is a 90 minute train ride from Paris.  I would highly recommend a day visit to this beautiful city.  Click directly on the image to enlarge it.
