Village of Neuville

St-François-de-Sales de Neuville, was established in 1684.  Our ancestral patriarchs were buried here, but the cemetery was moved twice to expand and rebuild the church.  Nicolas and Elisabeth's son, Etienne and grandson, Nicolas were baptized here.  It was 3rd generation Nicolas's son, Antoine Langlois, along with his older brother Nicolas, who moved to the Detroit south shore around 1750.
