New Haven Cemetery, New Haven Township

The first  New Haven Cemetery is located on S.R. 61 & Skinner Road between New Haven and Plymouth, S1,T1, R23 (just south of Sandusky).  It was apparently in use from 1818 until 1948.  As it filled, Maple Grove Cemetery was developed on the opposite side of State Route 61 across the from the old cemetery.

Throughout the years this cemetery has been damaged by animals and by a tornado.  As many stones as possible have been repaired.

The marker was originally upright, however, it now lays flat.  We removed the sod in May 2002.

We had a foundation poured for the monument in 2003.  It was needed to keep the mowers off of the fragile stone.

Union Cemetery - Columbus, Ohio

This large cemetery is located on the outskirts of Columbus.  The John McIntyre Beymer gravemarker is located in the "old section" past the closed stone office.  If you intend to visit, email me for specific directions, as this is a huge cemetery, open daily 8-8.
