When he died [Dr.
Langlois], Le
Progres, a French paper founded by the late Gaspard Pacaud and published
in Windsor from 1880 until 1907, printed a long obituary of him. The
following is a paragraph: "He was a man of pure heart and generous
opinions. He loved everybody and was loved by everybody. … We know of
a great many people who know his inexhaustible charity, his devotedness,
and that kindly disposition which made him forget his own sorrows in
desire to render succor to others."
Dr. O.X. Langlois
left two children, Rev. Wilfrid D. Langlois and Mother Marie Rosalie de
la Palerme. Fr. Langlois was born in Windsor, November 24, 1890. He was

Chaplain of L'Association St. Jean Baptiste of Western Ontario. Mother
