Recollection is that after Frank left to go back to Germany (forsaking his family in Detroit), she had no means of support and the children went to stay at St. Vincent de Pauls, while she worked to support herself. She later married again someone named Wilson, who turned out to be alcoholic.
Martha married Frank KLIMECH, son of Augusti KLIMEK and Unknown, on 4 May 1904 in St. Albertus Catholic Church, Detroit MI.
