The ancestral farm was donated to Nicolas junior from senior in Oct 1704. Upon junior's death in 1713, the farm was held in trust until 1733 when it was passed onto Nicolas junior's son, Jean-Baptiste Langlois who had married Marie-Anne Delisle.

• Land: Family Farm, 20 Oct 1704, Neuville, Quebec. Nicolas Langlois, now a widower, donated his property to his 6th son, Nicolas and continuer of the line. Documented by notary Chambalon in his file. page 221 French and Canadian Genealogy Review 1980.
