Jane married John Baptiste OUELLETTE, son of John OUELLETTE and Mary Geneveva TARDIE, on 7 Jan 1765 in Church of Hurons Sandwich. (John Baptiste OUELLETTE was born on 3 Nov 1737 in Kamouraska, died on 1 Feb 1809 in Sandwich, Ontario and was buried on 1 Feb 1809 in Assumption Sandwhich, Ontario.)

Bride resided on the Coast of the Hurons Sandwich. On account of impassability of the roads the parish priest of Ste Anne, Rev. Simple Bocquet requested Rev Potier of the Indian missionary at Sandwich to marry the above parties at the church of the Hurons.
